Had a great experience working with Tara, our sales person at Window Treats. She understood our objectives and offered a variety of product lines (and samples) to meet our needs. We never felt rushed —or pressured to go in a particular direction; Tara was patient with us and with our decision process. She has a great eye for design and color, was incredibly responsive, and a lot of fun to work with! Turnaround on our large order was fast. Installation was a breeze. Installers Damon and Joe showed up ahead of schedule, were neat and efficient, answered our questions on the product, and patiently made our adjustment requests. When we finally finished building our dream home on the Jersey Shore it was now time for the finishing touch (or) the bow tie to my master piece whereas, I needed shades and window treatments for 46 windows and doors throughout my home. After numerous recommendations we finally landed on Window Treats and I really must say how glad I was that we did. From beginning to the completion, Elliott and his team were truly hands on down to the last detail.
