Here’s what our approach looks like in practice:
Every project starts with a conversation. Clients reach out by phone, email, contact form, or by visiting our showroom. We gather the basics and schedule the next step, usually an in-home consultation, so we can see the space in real life.
We meet in the home to understand how the space is used. We talk through goals, challenges, lifestyle needs, privacy concerns, light control, and timing. This is where we ask questions others often skip. We’ll also review product options, explain the difference between custom and off-the-shelf solutions, and determine the right path forward before anything is measured or ordered.
Accurate measurements are the foundation of everything that follows. We take detailed, exact measurements, accounting for window construction, mounting depth, obstacles, and surrounding architecture. Everything is documented carefully, so decisions can change without compromising accuracy.
With a clear understanding of the space, we narrow down the right product type and refine the details. Fabrics, materials, colors, trims, hardware, and control options are selected based on performance as much as appearance. We consider durability, light control, privacy, energy needs, and how the room is actually lived in.
Clients receive a detailed, written proposal outlining pricing, lead times, and warranties. We review everything together, answer questions, and move forward only once expectations are clear and approval is given.
Once products arrive, we schedule installation at a time that works for the client. We coordinate internally so the right team is assigned and everything needed is ready before installation day.
Installation is handled carefully and thoroughly. Treatments are installed, tested, and adjusted to ensure proper operation. If something isn’t right, it doesn’t get passed along. It gets fixed.
If adjustments are needed, we schedule follow-up visits and fine-tune details, including motorization and automation settings. Small issues are addressed before they turn into bigger ones.
Our work doesn’t end at installation. We follow up, remain available for service and repairs, and often work with clients again as their homes and needs evolve. Many of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals, which we take as a responsibility, not a given.
