Do you offer measuring and/or installation?

Yes and yes! We have a dedicated team of Design Sales Consultants that will schedule a home visit with you to come and measure your windows and spaces. Then, our team of installers will come to complete the task once your order has arrived in store.

How can I be sure that I am purchasing great quality products?

With a comprehensive warranty package, innovative child and pet safety features, as well as limitless design options, we are confident in saying that you will receive a high quality product.

Can you customize oddly shaped windows and skylights?

Yes, but with limitations. Your Design Sales Consultant will take accurate measurements of the space and offer you solutions within the scope of work or project.

What is the typical turn-around time for custom shades or blinds?

The typical turn-around time is 4-6 weeks for custom shades and blinds. For drapery, expect a 6-8 week delivery window for your custom order.

When can I expect installation to take place once my order is received?

Depending on your availability to be home or to have the home prepared for the installers to arrive, we will schedule with you the best time. Typically, installation can happen within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order.

Do you do repairs and how long does that typically take?

Yes, we can do most repairs in-house. If there is a larger issue with your product, we are happy to send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement parts if so required. The time for repair can vary depending on the complexity of the job. On site repairs can take up to 2 weeks and expect 4-6 weeks for products that need to be shipped out to the manufacturer for repair/replacement.

What type of repairs can you do and do I need to be a client for you to repair?

Repairs can include things like broken chains, battery replacements, and more. The complexity and variety of repairs vary from shade to shade. You do not need to be an existing client or to have purchased your item from us. We are happy to assist walk-ins with repairs, however, the item does need to be a HunterDouglas product for us to repair it.

How does an in-home consultation work?

We schedule a home visit with you at your convenience, typically within 1-2 weeks. Each visit is different depending on the needs of the client. Initial consultation is FREE. Once scheduled, one of our Design Sales Consultants will come to your home with samples of the products we carry that will help you with your project. Our team will call you within 24-hours to confirm your appointment.

Do you offer hardware for drapery?

Yes. We carry a variety of products in a wide-range collection of shapes, colors, materials, and sizes.
