Elliot Laniado started Window Treats Inc. in 1995 over 25 years ago with the vision of offering the highest quality in window furnishings with the service you deserve. He is a certified window treatment and motorization expert and is frequently sought out by designers and Architects for their most difficult jobs. He is a proud member of BNI, ASID, WCAA, Exciting Windows! an active member in the community.

AUDREY ANZAROUTH - WINDOW TREATMENT PROFESSIONAL

Audrey started her design career at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and later expanded her talents into photography, graphic design, and the fine arts, such as painting and illustration. Because of her talents and love for all things design, becoming a Design Consultant was a natural extension. With over 10 years of experience, she has the eye and the know-how to enhance the style of your home.

LAURA DOYLE - WINDOW TREATMENT PROFESSIONAL

For more than 30 years, interior designer, Laura Doyle has created fresh timeless environments for her clients living and working spaces. She believes that "great design is about our relationship with our clients, giving their vision life, and going beyond their expectations." Laura began her career in New York city after receiving her degree from FIT in interior design.

LEAH SALTO OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, I have a diverse background in various fields. I graduated from Arcadia University, Glenside PA, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a concentration in Graphic Design. I worked in the design field at a print shop and newspapers for over 7 years. I was able to shine with my love of art and design, creating for many great businesses all over Ocean County.

As times changed so did the design field. As print design was shifting to online, I decided to pursue my childhood passion and work my way into the aquatics field. After working my up the corporate ladder, I ended up with my dream job as Aquatic Director at a NJ non-profit. This was very fulfilling as it combined my love for the water, people and teaching people of all ages the life-long skill of swimming!

As my life needs changed, I found it time for yet another change. I took my knowledge of organizational abilities, people skills and various computer expertise in pursuit of an administration career. This landed me at Window Treats Inc, Red Bank NJ! I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to use all of my past experiences to bring my best into the window treatment industry!

JOHN LAMPONE - IN-HOUSE INSTALLER

For over 30 years, John has made customers happy with his friendly disposition and professional manner. John started working for a home furnishings store and worked his way up to being an apprentice with the main installer. After working as his own independent contractor for several years, John eventually joined Window Treats Inc. as a full-time In-House Installer. In addition to John’s experience and jovial nature, customers are always impressed by his tremendous honesty and professionalism.

THOMAS SUTTON - IN-HOUSE INSTALLER

Tom has over 30 years in the construction business. For five of those years, he ran his own Handyman company. Tom has been certified by Hunter Douglas in installation of all products including shutters and PowerView® Motorization. We are pleased to have Tom join our Window Treats team.
